Established in 2017, OJ Designs is a South African fashion brand operating between the Eastern Cape and Johannesburg.
Founded by Onela Joni, the brand creates made-to-measure garments, contemporary fashion and styling experiences rooted in craftsmanship, individuality and timeless design.
OJ Designs believes clothing should be more than something we wear. It should express who we are, hold meaning and become part of our story.

Founder & Creative Director
Onela Joni is a fashion designer, creative director and stylist whose work brings together design, craftsmanship, styling and visual storytelling.
Her experience studying fashion in Italy continues to influence her approach — combining creativity and construction with a strong understanding of how clothing comes together as a complete look.
Through OJ Designs, Onela designs and creates garments, offers personal styling and develops distinctive fashion looks for individuals, occasions and creative projects.
Her approach is centred on helping people look and feel like themselves, while bringing a distinct OJ Designs perspective to every look.

The penny-farthing bicycle in the OJ Designs mark was inspired by Onela's experiences while studying fashion in Italy.
